Binnacle Staff for iPhone

Binnacle Staff is the phone companion to Binnacle for staff of the businesses that use it: orders, the ticket inbox, team messages, pick lists and stock counts, and calls on your desk extension.

Getting started

1. Install Binnacle Staff from the link your business gave you.
2. At a Binnacle workstation, open your avatar menu and choose Pair your app.
3. Open the app and scan the code shown on the workstation.

The app opens on days you have signed in at a workstation.

Something not working?

• Calls not connecting: open Settings → Call check in the app and send the result to your Binnacle administrator.
• Can't reach anything: open Settings → Network check.
• Lost or changed phone: ask your administrator to switch the old phone off, then pair again.
